How local law shapes access
Our legal position is simple: access depends on local law and on whether your state or territory allows the service. We do not push access where the law does not permit it, and any account action, data request or content restriction follows the rules that apply

request against the account email, phone number and recent activity before acting. We keep only the records needed for support, fraud checks and legal duties, then remove or anonymise them when retention periods end.
